Equipped beach
The site has direct access to its own private beach of fine sand, which is equipped with umbrellas, sun lounges, deck-chairs, canoes, pedalos, huts and showers. The sea water shelves gently and is ideal for children. Right on the beach you will find a bar/restaurant called “Il Pescatore”. .

Swimming pool
The site has a large pool complex with a three-level swimming pool, children’s pool with a waterfall in the middle, Jacuzzi, sun lounges and umbrellas. Close to the complex are a bar/restaurant, children’s playground, amphitheatre, diving center. Don’t miss the chance to join our activities: tournaments, games, aerobics and aqua-gym lessons, funny afternoon moments. They all take place during the day by the pool complex or at the amphitheatre. In the evening the site arranges cabarets, live shows, dancing, piano bar.


Cottage 'Giglio'
Recently built, our Giglio two-room cottages are situated in an area bordered by a pine forest, adjacent to the swimming pools and can be either on the ground or the first floor. They measure some 40 m², can hold up to 4 people and comprise of a lounge with two single beds, kitchenette equipped with cooking utensils, double bedroom, toilet and shower. Veranda/balcony furnished with table and chairs,air-conditioning, TV set, telephone. Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Stay from sunday to sunday.The use of all services/facilities is free of charge.

Cottage 'Giannutri'
Our brand-new Giannutri two-room cottages are situated under the pine forest, adjacent to the swimming pool complex. They are some 36 m² large, can hold up to 4 people and comprise of a lounge with two single beds, kitchenette equipped with cooking utensils, double bedroom, toilet with shower, furnished veranda, air-conditioning. Stay from sunday to sunday or from saturday to saturday.The use of all services/facilities is free of charge.

two-room bungalows
Our two-room bungalows (4 guests)are situated in an ancient pine forest. It is about 30m2 big and comprises of a 2-persons bedroom,a lounge with a pull out double bed, kitchenette equipped with cooking utensils, table and chairs, bathroom with shower (no bidet), spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs, airconditioning. The use of all services. Stay from saturday to saturday.

One-room bungalow
Our one-room bungalows (4 guests) are situated in an ancient pine forest. It is about 25m2 big and comprises of a lounge with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette equipped with cooking utensils, table and chairs, double bedroom, air-conditioning, veranda furnished with table and chairs, airconditioning. The use of all services. Stay from Saturday to Saturday.

Campsite pitches
Large and well delimited, they are in the shade of pine trees and supplied with electricity. Free hot showers. The use of all services/facilities is free of charge (sun lounges and parasols are not included).

Bar/Restaurants
The site has three restaurants so as to suit all tastes (and palates!). “International Restaurant Argentario”: it cooks delicious fish or meat dishes, pizza, take-away food. Aperitifs and theme events usually take place on the panoramic terrace facing the sea. “Il Pescatore”: a real terrace on the sea, famous for its fish specialities.Bar/restaurant/pizzeria by the pools: it offers a choice of dishes (typical Maremma cuisine, meat or fish), aperitifs, happy hour, food and wine tasting events.
